Job Summary:
Boarding, Daycare & Grooming Facility filling all needs for pups daily living essentials.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, equipment, and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using schematics, manuals, and other resources
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Supervise contractors and vendors when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and logic controllers
- Proficient in performing maintenance tasks such as welding, fabricating, and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions
- Solid understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to supervise others effectively
